Enrich Scholars is seeking motivated and well-connected students to serve as Campus Ambassadors supporting student engagement and career readiness initiatives on their campus and within their communities.
Campus Ambassadors help increase awareness of career readiness resources, student development opportunities, and professional preparation initiatives available through Enrich Scholars.
This role is ideal for students interested in leadership, communications, recruiting, marketing, career development, education, entrepreneurship, or community engagement.
- Promote Enrich Scholars career readiness initiatives to students on campus and through personal networks
- Assist with student engagement and outreach efforts
- Share career readiness resources, internship information, and professional development opportunities with fellow students
- Support introductory video/elevator pitch initiatives and student participation efforts
- Assist with campus marketing, student communications, and awareness campaigns
- Collaborate with the Enrich Scholars team on outreach strategy and engagement initiatives
- Participate in feedback sessions and team meetings to help improve student engagement efforts
- Help identify opportunities for partnerships, student organizations, and campus involvement
- Current undergraduate or graduate student
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Active involvement on campus or within student organizations preferred
- Interest in career development, leadership, recruiting, education, or marketing
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Familiarity with social media and student engagement strategies is a plus
- Strong peer relationships and campus involvement
- Comfortable speaking with students and sharing resources
- Interest in personal branding and professional growth
- Entrepreneurial mindset and leadership qualities

Compensation varies based on geographic location, experience level, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with applicable laws and organizational guidelines.
